Leading the session will be POGLA’s lobbying team from Versant Strategies, MeeCee Baker, Caleb Wright and former Pennsylvania House of Representatives member, Ron Raymond, and Bounty Minerals’ lobbying team, former Pennsylvania House of Representative members, Marc Gergely (DTI Development, Inc.) and former General Counsel to both the Speaker of the House and the Senate Majority Leader, Dave Thomas (The DT Firm). This group of experts will provide an update on what to expect during this session due to the new way of doing business in the world, Pennsylvania Capitol visitor policies, how to effectively communicate with your legislators and elected officials, and POGLA’s legislative agenda, including Royalty Statement Transparency and Guaranteed Minimum Royalty. The webinar will be moderated by POGLA President, Robert Sher, and POGLA Secretary, Valerie Antonette.
